  1. Yes you can wear them if you are able to find them in your prescription.  I was considering colored contacts but I have not been able to find anything other than the custom made lenses that was made in the axis of my astigmatism.


  2. Yes you can. Years ago you could not wear contacts at all if you have astigmatism. Now they make contacts specifically for people with the disorder. Color has nothing to do with it. You simply have to find a brand that makes them.

  3. yea havent you seen that commercial with the two sisters and one has astigmatism? im almost sure the brand is acuvue, but yea you definitely can

  4. Yes, I wore them for years and never had any problems.

    I could not wear the soft lenses because of the astigmatism, at the time they had not been developed, so I had what was then know as semi-rigid lenses.

  5. Some makers do toric lenses in colours. Ciba Vision does several different ones. The only problem you might encounter is that the range of prescriptions manufactured in colours is smaller. So to get super sharp vision you might have to compromise by also wearing glasses containing just a small astigmatism correction.
