Can I wear rainboots even though its not raining?

Question

And I have s skirt that goes with them. I was wondering if i could wear them even though its not raining?

You can if you want to. It might be useful when you are outside and it rains all of the sudden. but it will be weird

You can, but I wouldn't. I don't want to be mean lol so don't be offended, but you wouldn't wear snow boots if it wasn't snowing! You wouldn't wear flip flops in a snow storm! Just a thought.

Sure. That's how trends get started. It all takes on brave person, like yourself to be an individual. And, that rain boot is not your typical boot. I would call it a designer boot.

Of course you can! In fact, I have a friend who has those same rain boots and she sometimes wears them even though it's not raining.
