Can I wire or transfer money from a pre paid visa card??

Is it possible to buy a pre paid visa card such as green dot and then wire or transfer that money into my own checking account and if so, does it go through the same day

You can ask your bank to run the card as a cash advance. That is the only thing I can think of. There is no way to wire money from a pre-paid credit card.
