Can I wirelessly transmit digital cable to my tv?

The only cable outlet in my apartment is in my kitchen and my landlord won't lett me add another. My tv is in the living room and I really don't want to run a cable that whole way. Is there any way that I can transmit the digital cable signal wirelessly?

Look this unit over (CAREFULLY) it advertises that it will do it BUT I have NOT used it and know nothing about it other than what the web site says.
