  1. Probably not as there would be issues around the access.


  2. I don't see why not as long as you can show that you will be able to take the children outside on a daily basis to play. A possible problem could be how would you get out if the lift breaks remebering that you might have three young children with you. Before you are registered as a childminder there will be various checks made including your home to establish your suitablity to be a childminder.

  3. I think that as long as you show your home is secure so child couldnt get out and that you are accessible then I dont see why not! Call ofsted and ask!x
