Can I work at Fred Meyers even though I'm only 15? ( I live in Washington State)

My mom works there and she said I could get a part-time job for some extra money to by school clothes and other extra things to buy. What Would I have to do for me to work there legally? would it be easier since my mom works there already?

I'm almost positive that you have to be 16 to work. But the best thing to do is to go talk to the HR (human resources) and ask them if you can do anything. good luck!!
