Legally you would need somebody to petition for you as an O-1 which would not mean a change of status, and you could work for two employers.

Illegally? I'm not going to help you with that. The O-1 classification is an excellent nonimmigrant classification, and anyone in it is making good to excellent money.

You were not admitted into the U.S. to work for anyone except the petitioner. We'd appreciate it if you could abide by our laws instead of acting like some low-life ******* who just crossed the river in order to send money back to his poverty stricken family in Latin America.

If you mean "play" the stock market, that's not considered employment so you're free to buy and sell stocks all day long if you wish.
