    Just as long as your good in all your other academic subjects and speak well, you can get by.

  5. Depending on your chosen department, be informed that prognosis and summations in banking are a result of some complex equations. You may not exactly require equations to function in full capacity in a bank but as a pre-requisite, your employer requires that you can imbibe the synoptic thinking of a mathematician as this can enhance your adaptability at training.

    On the other hand non-numerate departments such as personnel and  the legal departments may not require a good grade in mathematics.

    depending on those answers and the availability of proof, it's quite possible you could land a position and receive whatever training they deem necessary.

    If you can put the numbers on the board, the bosses will gladly add them up for you.
