You could. The only thing that would keep you though, would be the mode of payment.

The most commonly used method is Pay-Pal. And they don't have us on thier list, so, you'd have to get the account set up in a country that IS on the list, and use it here. Bank certification and all.

Nope.  If you check ebaycareers.com, you can see where they have offices, and none of them are in Africa.

You could probably sell stuff on eBay though.  I remember seeing a seller from South Africa who seemed to be doing very well for himself.
