Already went for an interview about 2 weeks ago. The employer says that he will inform me by mid - sept if I am selected for the job. Can I write to him and ask him the status of my application or should I wait patiently?

  1. Yes you should, that's the right thing to do to show your sincerity. Make sure you paste the postage.

  2. Thank you for your time on month/day/year in regards to the open _______ position within your team. I understand that you are busy, but felt it important to re-emphasis how my experience can be a benefit to your team as a whole. I respectfully request the opportunity to meet with you again, as I am motivated to give you my utmost dedication and service.

    Respectfully yours
