  1. Small earthquake (M1-4) is everyday in Japan, so yes if magnitude is ignored. For example, in Japan June 29 had 10 small earthquakes.

  2. I believe only my early warning instrument that has helped me to issue the warning 2 hours before Tsunami struck our coast. My instrument will sense and alert at the time of arrival of P waves.

  3. No, I do not agree with you.  The "science" of predicting earthquakes is not as precise as your prediction.

Science can predict earthquakes; however, those prediction usually cover a fairly wide span of time.  For example:  A seismologist may predict that there is a 80% chance that there will be an earthquake with a magnitude of 6 or higher along the San Andreas fault within the next 15 years.

However, there is progress being made in this area.  Further, research continues to grow in this field.

To what chart are you referring?

I am not saying that Japan won't have an earthquake on July 14, 2008.  However, I wouldn't bet anything on that event occurring!
