Can Japan become the supper power of the future after the USA?

Japan requires raw resources to be a major power, and simply does not have them.  This was why they embarked on the ruinous path that led them to Hiroshima.

To suppose that Japan can likewise obtain resource areas when China is no longer weakened and Russia remains a force would be foolish, and without a Manchuria or Siberia to exploit they remain dependent on imports.

Japan has established that it can survive without being a superpower.  Why should it assume a burden too heavy to carry?  That would be daring history, which is generally a very bad idea.

Japan or USA are not the Super power of the Future but watch out China as also India both this countries have population with them the wealth they carry with them the army they expand. USA the time as gone out for them even japan. You will see all happen within few y ears time .

China would be the most likely answer. China is booming in terms of industry. They have grown larger and larger and they also have the largest population of people. If super powers were to change, China would be the most logical answer.
