Can Kalahari King beat Master Minded? To win as he did at Doncaster on Saturday, off top weight, must put him in with a chance for the Queen Mother Champion Chase as he’s bound to improve for his first run of the season.

He’ll need to. That win came off a mark of 157 and Master Minded is rated 178 and Twist magic is much more of a proposition. He’s proved he can win at the highest level twice this season.
