Can Liberos serve in club volleyball?

Question

I am a libero/ DS and Iwas told at my score keeping clinic we couldn't, but at a tournament I went to the other weekend. I saw a libero serving! Are we allowed to? I have a mean serve, and kinda didn't want to libero, because of not being able to serve.

I am well aware that liberos can sere in school volleyball. I'm asking about club voleyball.

Liberos can serve in school but cannot serve in club. although, liberos can serve in college.
