Can Lybia and Liberia coordinate a crop growth program?

Feeding people should be above and beyond the politics and religion that so often spoil international relations. So much of that comes from bitter rivalry that was inadvertently set to motion in this region because of past Western fingers in the pie that wasn't theirs to sample. They will, I feel, transcend and rise above their differences and feed the people or they will be made to account at some point in the future. Anyone can work together for the good, for a common goal and all the world helps those who wish to help themselves.

Considering Qadhafi's hand in promoting terrorism and civil war in Liberia, I can't imagine Libya and Liberia coordinating any kind of program. But relations with Libya are improving and Liberia can use any help that it can get, so I hope something can be worked out between them.
