You will need to see if Australia considers your education to be equivalent to that of an Australian pharmacist, and whether you meet the requirements to take licensing exams.  And you need to check this out before you waste your time and the time of employers by sending out applications.  

Obviously, if you cannot take and pass the licensing exam, it is a waste of your time to think of working in another country.  Every country has different standards for licensing health care professionals, so this is the toughest obstacle anywhere you might want to work.  And you must be licensed in the country where you want to work before you can apply for jobs and obtain employment visas.
