Well can he? I dont think he can. I thnik Kimi will now settle down and finish good every race and then Massa will make misstakes.

  1. it's turning out to be a very unpredictable season so far, huh? after one of the drivers in contention wins a race, everybody thinks that he will win but the truth is all of them(Kimi,Massa,Hamilton)are very inconsistent and seem to not want the tittle. Kubica is doing great but I don't think he can win the tittle because of the shortcomings of the BMW compared to the other two teams in contention. I'm still putting my money on Kimi although the other two drivers just might win it too!! very confusing, wild, wacky and interesting season for sure!!

  2. i don't know.... he seemed to have the form last year but kinda surrendered when there was a huge points gap. However, Kimi didn't.

Based on current form, Massa has a chance of winning the championship. But he needs determination and a never-say-die attitude. If he has that, then he would be a very serious contender for the title. Even if he doesn't win it, he'd have given it all he's got

  3. The only way Massa can win a championship is if Ferrari dominate like they did in 04, Where he starts first every race and just cruises to a win, Massa will never win with others competing for the win, he doesn't know how to come from behind and pass people(kimi Suzuka 05) he will never be a champion imho

  4. i think he knows this is as close as he can get!

    so he will take advantage!!!

  5. He's not gonna walk it that's for sure.

I think we'll know after France.

Should he beat Kimi there he's gonna be world champion.

My crystal ball's broken but I believe he will.

  6. IMO there are 4 serious contenders to this years championship - Kimi, Lewis, Robert and Felipe. Felipe had a bad first few races, but came back to silence his critics. Kimi had an 'incident' taking out the unfortunate Sutil. Lewis had the driving with his eyes closed incident taking Kimi out. Robert has had his first win and has proved pretty consistent so far. Any one of these four could win it.

Even though I'm a McLaren fan I would love to see Felipe win it. Hes a really nice bloke. oh and he did the same job as me, delivering pizza's lol.

  7. Truth be told, I'm with Julian here, I don't know. The thing is, Massa has a tendency to be quite erratic making it hard to tell: is he going to s***w up or is he going to take it? Regardless of his recent stellar drives, he still does do the 180 swerve quite often. But then again this year has taken to be quite the lottery, so who knows. Safe to say I don't have faith in that idea (Massa winning the championship), this year at least.

  8. Though the clever money will always go on Kimi I have a feeling that Felipe could still be in with a shout and can definitely still do it.

  9. If he wins the next couple of races and Kimi retires/scores only a point or two, he will have built a gap of around 20 points over Kimi. The team will then seriously consider focusing on the "No 1" driver. If Massa gets the preferential treatment like Schumi used to, he is a genuine contender for the title.

  10. It's difficult to say it right now....so far he is not consistent with his race. But I really hope for him this time.

  11. I don't know, to be honest. Hope so, its his best chance yet. If he has a strong race at France this year instead of dozing off and letting Kimi by like last year, then maybe.

He is more than capable but seems to have many off days but this year he can do it, he has shown some good battling qualities in the last 2 races and must continue to do the same.

  12. Massa is very fast, esp. in qualifying. But he maybe not to win the championship, 'coz he has a reliability problem.
