Can Natagora beat the colts in the French Derby on Sunday?

Question

Brave little Natagora takes on the colts on Sunday in France and is currently 8-1 with Ladbrokes. To me that is a good each way bet and I am down there tomorrow morning to place my bet.

Avoiding the Oaks at 1 mile and half her trainer has given her the 'easier' option of running over 1m 2 furlongs. but can she do it.

I hope so.....go on Natagora.

i would have more confidence if dettori was on has he as won 2 of the last 3 since the derby was dropped in trip to 1m2.5f.

natorgora is similar to dettoris 2 winners in they were both milers who needed a perfect front running ride to steal the race from the front even though both horses were suspect on stanima for the trip(both as well went back to 1 mile on there next start and won)lemaire though is used to this filly.

even though i havent looked at the opposition,8-1 to me seems generous.

I think she can.

I saw her win the 1,000 Guineas at Newmarket a few weeks ago and she was mind-blowing.  I think this filly could be something special.

Her trainer was interviewed a few days ago about who will ride her and he said that anyone could, she's a straight-forward armchair ride.
