I know about cfda, and grant.gov but I heard that NGC takes the hassle out of it with help with your proposal etc. Has anyone had success with them?

  1. NGC is a ripoff...don't waste your time and certainly don't give them any money.  In fact all of these grant companies are scams.

When you complete the conference and courses you will be given a list of grant programs and contact information.  If you are in my part of the country YOU WILL GET MY OFFICE PHONE NUMBER!

When you call my staff or I will have to disappoint you because the grants NGC will tell you about won't be for business start-up, wont be grant programs, or just generally won't apply.

Governments provide low interest loan programs but grants (you don't have to pay back) are extremely rare.  They usually are for specific purposes that may come in the form of future tax credits, rebates on future tax revenues created by the jobs you create, etc.  NOT CASH TO START YOUR BUSINESS!

I'm sorry but there is no FREE MONEY!
