  1. not as HMs.  they must get the degree and then apply for a commission..


  2. Yes, if you come up with a college degree.

  3. Only if they get a bachelors degree and then apply for a commission as an officer.  Same as for any other enlisted guy.  

  4. only if they go to college....(while in the Navy)

  5. After they transfer in the Army!
