  1. If you download Yahoo toolbar on each computer, then this is for each computer. Both computers are different even if the same user use the computer, so it goes by the toolbar if you download it on both


  2. If you have bought a multi user licence then you may use it. Otherwise not. Anyways, if you still have a single user licence you can install it on as many PCs. But it won't be legal.
