Can Not Figure this thing out

Question

I bought my lil brother this Mp3 player and it came with the little disk and everything and the instructions are ridiculous and I cant figure out how to even start it! I have windows vista (****) and when I put the disk in nothing pops up... then I go to my computer hit the disk button and like 14 things pop up and I dont know what to download or how the heck I get music on it. I have an iPod and it was cake to figure out.... just figured this would be the same... Someone please help me! I have been trying to s***w around with this thing for over 2 weeks now ha
