They are trying to pull out troops from Iraq if they do win, so that means the chances of catching that guy will be slimmer.

Even if Bin Laden was caught, that wouldnt resolve much.  He's just ONE man, his teachings and beliefs have been sewn into the school and lifes of the children, so even if he was caught... it wouldnt be long until someone else came along and took over.

I know to the world we'd love to find him, if he's even alive still, but what really will it do?   Watch "Where in the world is Osama Bin Laden", its good, and eye opening.

The US has launched two wars and caused untold death and destruction and not caught Bin Laden - what are Biden and Obama going to do that the Republicans didn't? Pop onto Bush's ranch and grab him while he's sipping Pina Coladas by the pool? Get Cheney to ask his mum and dad where he is?

Or how about invade Saudi Arabia where Laden and almost all of the 9/11 hijackers are from?

I feel like if its going to happen at this point its just going to be luck, based on some tip, kind of like with Saddam, sometime tipped them off to check that house. I seriously doubt that if Bin Laden is still alive that he is in a cave somewhere, I would think he has a contact in Pakistan that's getting him housing and medical care.

Yes, by redirecting some of the resources we have been wasting in Iraq we can put more effort into going after Bin Laden.

Because Obama and Biden will focus upon Afghanistan and Pakistan and will also get our forces out of a combat role in Iraq more expeditiously, they at least have a better chance of accomplishing that goal than either Bush or McCain.

The USA neglected Afghanistan when it went off on its military adventure in Iraq.  The flourishing of al Qaeda in Pakistan and the resurgence of the Taliban in Afghanistan are direct results of that blunder.

They will promise to catch him in an attempt to get more votes away from McCain. But if someone promises me a million dollars, I'm doubtful that they'd deliver on the promise.

Many believe Osama was killed. Benazir Bhutto was assassinated shortly after announcing Bin Laden was killed. So yes, someone will want to sell his body for a few hundred million. Perhaps a deal has already been made.
