Can PMS symptoms change?

For example: in the past I used to know my period was coming when I got moody/& or depressed or if my b*****s started to hurt, now I'm 20 & feel like my knees/joints hurt & I start to break out on my face (I don't have acne).

Can PMS symptoms change?

  3. yes . it depens on diet . r u wrking out. u body can b stressed out . but it can result in even peeing more than u drink

  4. Yeah it's never only one thing. The first time I got mine I had nothing, the second it was mood swings. Then came cramps and migraines. So now the most recent one is breaking out and migraines (with a side of occasional cramps) It's just part of being a girl. Also stress and eating habits and lack of sleep (or too much sleep) can determine what PMS you get.
