Can PMS symptoms still be an early sign of pregnancy?

I'm two days late for my period, but am still having PMS cramps and backaches. Is it possible that I could be pregnant and still be having PMS? My husband and I have been trying so I'm hoping that maybe this time was the charm.

  2. Most pregnancy symptoms mirror PMS symtoms exactly.  It can be very nerve-wracking for us ladies TTC!  You can still be pregnant.  Good luck!

  4. I am in the same boat as you, I am now two days late. I feel like I am about to start. I have had a backache for two weeks now. Hopefully we are both preggo! I am hoping that I just didn't throw off my cycle from wanting to be pregnant so bad! Baby Dust!
