I think Chris Paul will lead the Hornets, maybe not this year, but teams are preparing for winning now, and the Hornets have a team for the future.

Posey's not leading them anywhere. At best he'll be a solid role player off the bench. The Hornets will definitely be at the forefront of the championship race in the West, but they still have to leapfrog the Lakers.
