  1. No. He has not been convicted or charged of any crimes, therefore he cannot be arrested for crimes that didn't happen.

And you cannot arrest someone entirely on unsubstantiated allegations.

  2. That would only happen if life was fair!  And as we all know from our parents...it's not.  :-(

  3. Since there has to be proof of war crimes actually taking place, that would be very difficult to do considering Congress gave him the approval to wage war.  And on top of that, Congress continues to fund it to this day.

Just because you don't agree with the war doesn't make it a war crime.

  4. No. Shame on YOU!

  5. Sadly ,no. But if he were to leave this country and the World Court issued an arrest warrant, not very likely, he could face the same type of charges as the leaders of Serbia.

Wounded Duck gave the best answer.  Thanks Duck.  Life indeed is sad and unfair.  What Bush has done is not much different from many other foreign leaders who got arrested and had to pay thereafter.  [Not to mention something like deposing a foreign leader in public (irrelevant that he was an oppressive totalitarian tyrant)].

I am such a proud American and the only thing in my entire life that ever embarrassed me in front of other nationalities was Bush.

He got away with everything, no one can touch him.  Its like my father used to say, "Might is Right."

  6. I would like that very much

  7. no

  8. Sadly ,no. But if he were to leave this country and the World Court issued an arrest warrant, not very likely, he could face the same type of charges as the leaders of Serbia.

  9. The problem with that is that then you guys would have to actually prove that a crime had been committed.  That hasn't worked out so well for your side so far (see the results of the Haditha Marines Trial).

Perhaps you should focus your attention on something really important like th plight of the three colored darter snail or something like that.

  10. War Crimes?

    Interestingly NO.

Hague Convention Oct 18,1907, Art IV:

"The right of belligerents to adopt means of injuring the enemy is not unlimited."

  11. Since he HASN'T committed any war crimes why would you pose such a silly question?  Still bitter that the Florida Supreme Court couldn't steal the Election for your team?
