When I was a pet smart one of the fish attendants gave me a bottle of QuICK cure for my beta with fin rot. I just don't know if it will work since it was intentionally meant for ick.

  2. No.  It is for "ich, fluke outbreaks, gasping for air, flicking against rocks (external bacteria infection) protozoan parasites (like those that cause slime disease), costia, chilodonella, and trichodina.  To treat the fin rot try Bettafix by API or a combo of Melafix and Primafix.  I have had good luck with each of those for Betta and other fish.

    good luck,

i know how hard disease can be in fish.

  3. No, but you can use triple sulfate packets and Melafix to put in the tank and help it out.

Quick Cure is for Ick, not fin rot.
