  1. any sport is good for you. Rugby, by it's nature is a very physical game, and rugby players do injure themselves playing the game,

If you enjoy it, keep it up, and learn the tricks of playing safe

  2. Rugby may causes testicular cysts, be very careful.

  3. Rubbish. It's a paradox when I say this, but rugby is one of the safest sports around and certaily one of the most beautiful.

  4. dont be scared by dms paintall answer! soccer injuries, for instance, are more frequent than rugby´s, but that has more to do with the fact that soccer players are a bunch of sissy fairies. If you are not afraid of being injured, it is much less likely to be injured at all (dont misiterpret this dms!! i said "less likely" "not impossibe"!!)

  5. Hi

Tell them there Wankers. Rugby is the best sport in the world. It id fun and it keeps u fit at the same time. the only problem is injuries.

  6. In what way is rugby bad for your health ?

Any sport is good for your health provided there are no specific current health issues you might have which would prevent any degree of physical exercise then there is no reason why rugby would be bad for your health ..

Check with a doctor re things like you might have such as heart problems of general over weight fitness etc  and if there are no adverse problems then have a go and play the game and enjoy it ..

  7. Tell those people to get off the couch and get some exercise. Well done for being an active teenager. Any exercise is good for you, especially a sport where you use your whole body to get aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Throw in a team sport with all the social interactions it includes, and you are on the right road.

Rugby is a physical sport that can produce injuries. But correct training will help you prevent them. From your question I have to assume that you play at school or a club. The coaches and trainers can help you get into good shape to play well and enjoy the game.

  8. Yes, it can be good for your health, and in the same light, it can be detrimental to your health.

For me, personally, playing is amazing. Even after I shredded my Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in my Left knee. I mean, if you can handle unbearable amounts of pain, blood, and broken bones, by all means keep playing, but if it makes you queasy, a sport like Soccer or Tennis might be safer.

If you're diabetic or asthmatic, it's not the wisest of choices to make, but, if you're already healthy, it will only make your stronger, and healthier.
