Can/Should I hook up my monitor to this TV?

This is the television I'm going to get and use as a television and a computer monitor. My computer has an S-Video, Composite video, and the regular monitor OUTPUTS. So, can I hook up my regular monitor output into this TV or do I have to use the S-video or Composite,,,?

YES.  use the VGA.  it will give you the same picture as using an actual computer monitor.

According to the specs listed at samsclub, you should be able to use your monitor cable.  Hope this helps.
