Can Solar cells be be fabricated in a windmill????

if it could be done....how efficient it would be?

well if that could be done....in which type of windmill it would be possible or efficient?

Solar cells require a specialized plant with specialized machinery and chemicals for their fabrication, and cannot be fabricated in a windmill!

Although I guess you could buy all the special equipment and put it in a (very large) windmill. But you would have to supply external power as the process requires dependable power.

But why would you do that?
