Can Someone Help Me With an Anime Inspired Costume Pattern?

Hello, I'm a beginner sewer so I'm looking for some help with a pattern. I am thinking of cosplaying at a local Anime Convention in April and I have a costume in mind. Here are some pictures of the costume I would like to make, a school uniform in the anime:

What I would like to ask is, does anyone know of any patterns that would be similiar to this design that I could use? Slight modification is certinally okay. Please and thank you.

How about adapting a tunic pattern, the shape is pretty tunic like and you could just add the front panel and the belt. There are quite a few search results for tunic pattern and I am sure there will be one you could use.
