Can Someone Make Me a support???

Ok im going to make a Jonas Brothers Fansite, and i have almost everything done except for a support. I've tried to make one but i just couldn't it came out all wierd and its didnt work. So i wanted to kow if one of you guys could make me one. A support is a clickable picture link. So if any of your guys can make me one please email me about the information. I need one as soon as possible. Thank you

The code is below.  Replace the LINKTOSITE with the target link and the IMGLINK with the image you would like to use.
