I don't know how long you've been drinking that many... But I was drinking one every morning on my way to work and now and then I'd have one in the afternoon.  After about 2 months of one a day I started having noticeable heart flutters.  I stopped drinking them (switched to Rockstar) and it stopped.  I'm off them all together now.  They are really not that good for you.  Check out the serving size and the sodium.  Ouch!  Yummy... but definitely not healthy.
