your skin has nothing to do with smoking. smoking can cause the same damage to you wheather your circumsized or not.

I don't think there's any difference in the impact of smoking on circumcised men and intact men. The only thing I can think of is that after a man has just been circumcised they shouldn't smoke because I think studies show smokers don't heal from surgery as fast.
