although hydrogeddon can be very useful water dragon and oxygeddon are just terrible cards to run i think that you might run into a hand where you cant summon due to level 5 and + flooding your hand if you could run other water monsters in place of them as fuel for abyss soldier or replace them with spells like salvage which would return 2 water monsters to your hand

You need 2 Big wave small Wave. It will bring down the tide.

instead of torrential tribute add dark bribe because its limited.  Also take out botomless and put either magic cylinder or sakuretsu.  Add premature bariul, aqua spirit, and maybe umi if you put in ocean dragon neo

Torrential Tribute is limited to one per deck.

Other than that the deck seems to be fine. I would suggest that you add some Water field cards. Although these cards only boost your monsters ATK points by a tiny amount, it's the amount that will push some monsters above the target range of monarchs, jinzo, prime material dragon and any other popular monsters of choice in the current format.

Other than that no changes are needed.
