Can Someone help me with The Sims 2?

i read some where that you can move families to another neighborhood. if that is true, how can you do that?

First, put your family in a house. Then move to lot into the Lots and Houses bin. You'll find that option in the neighbourhood, on the Lots and Houses tab. Once they're in the Lots and Houses bin, they'll just be like a house you put down, but with a family in.

Now move to a different neighbourhood and put down the lot, and tadaaa! You're family have moved neighbourhoods. Please note, when you do this, people outside of the lot you have moved (in the old neighbourhood) will lose all relationships with the family who are moving to a different neighbourhood.
