Can Someone help me with my turn out for dance?

I've been with the compititive program with my studio for four years now. I've really been starting getting really intense with dance for myself. Im a good dancer but i need help with my turnout. Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. get in a group of three and do the frog stretch have the other two people push your legs up higher while the other one holds your butt down......

    REALLY helps!


  2. This is going to sound weird but get a couple of black neoprene knee wraps at Wal-Mart. They're usually near the pharmacy area. They fasten with velcro and come up about 6" onto the thigh and about 6" onto the calf, completely covering the knee with a cutout right over the kneecap.

    Wear them for an hour before practice and they will really warm up your knees and make them more flexible. Legwarmers do nothing compared to the neoprene wraps.

  3. Their honestly isn't much you can do to improve turnout but make sure to do your frogs!
