Can Someone make a new website for everyone around the world play pokemon?

If u can please do because everyone is looking for sumthing like pokemon crater.com and it shut down so if someone out the could make it this is what u should do on my opinion

1. keep updating it with the new pokemon games coming soon

2. make every one start at the kanto region the have em work there way through life like Ash does in the tv shows.

and if u want u can make it cheat protective so noone can virus it with cheats Thats just my idea and if some one could make it i would be thrilled and would spread the word to everyone
