The NZ TAB has South Africa paying $1.10 and England $6.50.  That is very clear favouritism for the Springboks.  I see it the same way.  Probably similar odds everywhere so not a great return for your money.  Maybe a better value bet would be something like South Africa -17.5 points which returns $1.87.  I can't see the English getting within 18 points of the South Africans but stranger things have happened in rugby.  Good luck.
