  1. no don't take your fish out. just add it to the fresh water your putting back in when you do a water change and only change about 30 percent of the water a week.

  2. yes it can be added with the fish. The instructions will be on the box. change 30% of water everyweek. Add water coditioner (dechlorinator) as water contains chlorine and its toxic to fish.

  3. Stress Zyme is safe to add to a tank with fish but any water conditioner should be added and mixed with new water before adding it to the tank.  Do not put a hose in your tank to refill a tank during a partial water change.  The chlorine or chloromines in tap water will hurt your fish, even if it's just for a few minutes.  Better to fill a clean bucket with water, add enough hot water to match the temperature of the tank water, then add the stress zyme and mix thoroughly.  It will make the water instantly safe for your fish.  If you have forgotten to use the water conditioner, your fish will start swimming at the water surface, gasping for air.  Then you should add water conditioner directly to the tank water but every second counts.  Brain and gill damage occurs when fish are exposed to even small amounts of chlorine and if this happens every time you do a water change you will lose most if not all of your fish.
