from what i've read E85 gas is 85% ethanol and 15% regular gas therefore it is a lot cheaper and with gas prices spiking to an all time high it would be spectacular if they legacy's used it because i (as i'm sure all of you are) am sick and tired of paying all this money for gas.

  1. Only if it's got a yellow gas cap.

Don't get too excited about E85 though.  It may be cheaper, but it gets worse fuel economy, so you end up paying about the same.  Diesel is just the opposite, it's more expensive but it gets better fuel economy.

  2. Nope.  It's not a Flex-Fuel vehicle.

The increased ethanol content in E85 will destroy the gaskets, seals and  lines in that car.  Only Flex-Fuel vehicles are equipped to handle E85 safely.
