Can Supreme Court rescuing their colleagues in Ganziabad PF scandle?

In Ganziabad court 7 crors PF scam involves high cader of judges and in PIL hearing SC try to rescue them by intervening to Senior advocate Shanti Bhushan. i call all bar associations to protest.

last week PIL listed on SC board and during hearing Senoir Council Shanti Bhushan has told the court that SC is rescuing to his colleagues and there after matter was ordered to be kept before CJI. i believt that Senoir Council Shanti Bhushan must have solid reason to mention such words before the court. i have read this on Indian Express.

Face it man.The Indian judiciary is a law unto itself.Its job is purportedly to dispense justice to the common man.That is what it does.The uncommon man( read

MLAs,MPs,ministers etc.).has nothing to worry about.If the law is not loaded in his favor,the legislature quietly

makes it very favorable.Judges can get away with anything.The case of Justice Ramaswamy who was to be impeached,the case of the judge in UP who set up

his court on a railway platform and summarily sentenced a poor TT who had the guts to refuse the judge a berth on a train,the scandal involving high court judges of Karnataka and their shenanigans in the government guest house,and their impotence in not

being able to do anything to the politicians illegally occupying government quarters for donkey's yearswithout paying rent,are but a few instances of

what I prefer to call as outlawry which the people have to put up with.The Bar Associations are no exceptions

because they know which side their bread is buttered

on.Your call will fall on deaf ears and you will only shout yourself hoarse.
