Can Supreme Court rescuing their colleagues in Ganziabad PM scandle?

In Ganziabad court 7 crors PF scam involves high cader of judges and in PIL hearing SC try to rescue them by intervening to Senior advocate Shanti Bhushan.

last week PIL listed on SC board and during hearing Senoir Council Shanti Bhushan has told the court that SC is rescuing to his colleagues and there after matter was ordered to be kept before CJI. i believt that Senoir Council Shanti Bhushan must have solid reason to mention such words before the court. i have read this on Indian Express.
