  1. Yes, Tang Soo Do is very similiar to Tae Kwon Do.  Tae kwon do is a martial art that requires a lot of stamina.  Tang soo do should be the  same.  The answerer before me is right any martial art is goood for fitness training.

  3. yes. Any and all martial arts help with weight loss and toning. The key is you need to do your workout at least 2 to 3 day a week in you martial arts club. But even more important you should do the same workouts at home. Five days of workout should be sufficient.
