  2. Be aware that the Post Office's obligation is only to deliver mail to an address, not a person. A signature will be accepted from anyone at that address, even if it is not the addressee.

  3. No! Unless you signed for it.

  4. For legal issues yes, specially of the package was signed delivery, postal officers carry a log of mail delivered for performance reviews but if a legal emissary asks for the log they have to surrender it

  5. If it was delivered without signature confirmation, no, they cannot prove it was delivered to you.
