Can Tiger Woods come back and win at the Masters?

I'd say it seems unlikely, if only because the last time he had a similar lay-off, after the death of his father when he took nine weeks out, Woods failed to make the cut - the only time he's ever done that. He'll be well practiced, and at the extremely well-policed Masters there won't be heckling or media intrusions that aren't related to golf, but be that as it may, it would be a big ask for Woods to just pick up where he left off.
