Can Tiger Woods overcome his inconsistency?

behind the world record of 84 held by Sam Snead.

Tiger can break this jinx at the Open Championship, which due in a couple of weeks but for that he needs to be more consistent with his game and performances.
This season, Tiger’s performances have a specific pattern. Before every major, he has been in sublime form but as soon he tees off in the major, for some reason, he fades away.
Earlier this year, he had a few top-10 finishes, until he won at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Going in the Masters, he was in sublime form but he had a poor finish at the tournament, finishing T40 in the end.
He then missed a cut and finished T40 at The Players Championship. Later on, once again, he hit his stride and won at the Memorial.
People thought that this time he will be able to end his major’s drought by winning the US Open. However, again he finished poorly, way below at T21, considering the fact that he was leading the championship at one point.
Next up was the AT&T National, the tournament which he hosts himself. He ended up securing a victory at the Congressional Golf and Country Club.
Now with The Open around the corner, people feel that he needs to break this pattern of inconsistency if he has to end his major drought.
The Open starts on the 19th of July at the Royal Lytham.
The way Tiger is playing currently, anything can be expected from him. So, Tiger fans, keep your fingers crossed, you never know what he might come up with.
