My appartment is under construction and I had taken 2nd Floor. In common bathroom we want to have Indian style toilet and in attached Bathroom we want western style. The buider had done it reverse. Now my builder is saying since Pipe was already laid for western and indian style, he cannot change it now?. Since appartment is under construction , can it be possible for him to change design, It will take minimum 3 months for appartment to get ready?

  1. Is this a condo?  If not, you may have to accept it the way it is.

I would think the builder would be responsible for redoing the plumbing since he is the one who set it up wrong.

  2. Can't seem to get the picture of an Indian Headdress on the back of a toilet...out of my head now.

  3. As a contractor, anything can be changed. It just depends on the way the piping was installed and if you're willing to redo parts of the bathrooms. They will probably have to rip up some flooring etc. 3 months seems extreme to do this, but it will take some time.

  4. if i knew what an indian style toilet was maybe i could answer this question better...

i always assumed a toilet was a toilet

    ...sorry
