Seems like a goofy question but brings up a good point. If two people are connected at birth at the hip,err I mean spine and share arms I could see one DL as feasible but I'd like to see that dune-buggy.

If you mean can two people share a license, the answer to that is "no", not in the US, since in all 50 states, the license is also used as a form of personal ID.

However, it's perfectly possible for one person to NOT apply for a driver's license. That person will then get that state's "ID card", which looks very much like a license.

Maybe to Peoles can have one Lisene...but my dictionary doesn't tell me WHAT a Peole is, or a Lisene....neither exists in the USA.

As for PEOPLE and DRIVER'S LICENSE...

absolutely NOT-it is against the law in EVERY STATE for anyone to have the same license-that is FRAUD and IDENTITY THEFT.

The driver's license is REGISTERED to ONE PERSON by social security number-and some states now by fingerprints. NO ONE can use another person's license FOR ANY REASON.

Of course not.  If you are learning or in fact driving on public roads and have to ask such a lame question you should have your licence withdrawn.

No because if one person learnt how to drive properly and earned the lisense, and if the other person who they are sharing with is a bad driver and often crashes alot or is caught speeding, the one lisense between the two people could be taken away.

I've seen 3 share one licience. Long haul truck drivers, of East Indian origin---yup--that truck never stops. They even have a hole in the bunk to sh*t through while the truck rolls down the road. Can't get a mechanic to work on those rigs.
